How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Go to your confirmation email and select the orange button “Change/Cancel Appointment.” If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 36 hours of the appointment time, a $50 fee will be charged. Onsite cancellations will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
When is payment due?
Payment is due when media is delivered. A credit/debit card is required to book the appointment. Please make sure payment funds are available no later than the day of the appointment. Media may not be delivered until payment has processed.
Do you charge travel fees?
Yes. When the property is 40 miles or 40 minutes (whichever occurs first) away from the photographer’s home, there will be a $0.60/mile fee. If the property is 90+ minutes away from the photographer’s home, there will be a $0.75/mile fee. If appointments are booked without the appropriate travel time add-on, we will contact as needed to reschedule.
To avoid or reduce travel fees, please select Luke for listings that are north or west of Winston Salem. For listings that are south or east of Winston Salem, select Jenn.
What is the expected turnaround time?
Most projects will be delivered to the client the following morning. Heavy workload projects or busy days may extend the turnaround time to 24 to 48 hours. We do our best to deliver all finished media as quickly as possible.
What’s the difference between the Commercial/Rental and the Real Estate Listings photography packages?
Real estate listing photo packages are single use only licensing. This allows the purchaser to use the marketing media (photographs, videos, 3D tour, etc) for the single purpose of selling the property.
Commercial/Rental photo packages are multi use licensing. This allows the purchaser to use the marketing media (photographs, videos, 3D tour, etc) for continued use, as long as the purchaser still owns the property.

How do I order virtual staging?
Additional editing services can be purchased on your delivery page. You can also contact the photographer and let them know which photos you would like virtually staged. We can also do lot line edits, twilight conversion, and other Photoshop requests such as declutter. We do our best to finish these additional editing services as quickly as possible.
What happens if the weather is bad during my appointment time?
We photograph in all types of weather. We digitally add blue skies for all exterior photos (except for Economy Package). If your appointment is weather-dependent (aerial photography, commercial appointments) the photographer will reach out to you to reschedule. Any requests to reschedule made by the client within 36 hours of the appointment time may result in an additional $50 rescheduling fee.
